The National Luna Portable Power Pack is a removeable, compact battery box with built-in split-charge isolator, ideal for modern vehicles that cannot accomodate a second battery in the engine compartment. The design of the Portable Power Pack allows it to be used as a standby power pack for 12-volt appliances.

The Portable Power Pack features fused accessory plugs, a polarised high-power plug and built-in battery monitor with low-battery and over-charge warnings. The built-in plugs can be used for low-power accessories such as refrigerators, pumps, compressors, lights and other 12-volt electronic devices. The high-current input-output can be used for higher power requirements such as invertors or battery chargers. The built-in split-charge isolator is fully automatic and does not require additional hardware in the application vehicle.

National Luna has developed a high-quality fuse holder for automotive use which can accomodate both small and large cable sizes. The fuse used is rated for DC applications and is ideal for battery connection and accessory protection.

The fuse holder can also be used for protected or unprotected power distribution where multiple connections are to be made. A spare fuse can be kept inside the holder using the spare-fuse slot.

The National Luna DIY kit is a collection of all the parts you will need to complete a typical dual-battery installation (excluding battery). The kit includes cable, lugs, screws and other parts which are typically used in dual-battery systems. A full instruction booklet is included in the kit for easy reference.

The National Luna single battery monitors can be used for any installation that requires careful monitoring of lead-acid battery condition. These monitors use digital technology for increased accuracy and feature low-voltage and over-charge warnings.

The single monitor is available with or without audible alarms. Models with audible alarms have a mute option as well as display on/off option. A brand-new recessed version of the single monitor is available which is flush-mounting and can be used for permanent installations such as caravans, trailers, solar installations and boats.

National Luna Dual Battery Monitors are ideal for monitoring 2 lead-acid batteries in a single installation such as dual-battery systems in 4x4's and campers. The digital technology used in the dual monitors allows the non-linear characteristics of lead-acid batteries to be accurately followed.

A feature of one of the National Luna dual battery monitors is the independent negative - allowing this particular model to be used in vehicles with 24V systems. Dual battery monitors can be used independently, or in combination with any dual-battery system.

The Dual battery controller is specifically designed to be combined with the National Luna split-charge systems (Intelligent Solenoid or Portable Power Pack). This model allows the user to over-ride the split-charge system's built-in timer, useful for winching or start assistance when the main battery is too low.
